What was your highlight in real estate in 2025?
Paris is always a unique playground: each neighborhood has its own personality and challenges. In 2025, my highlight was helping a young couple buy their first apartment. The market is demanding, prices are changing fast, but seeing their emotion when they received the keys reminded me why I love this job. It's this human connection, this rapport with my clients, that makes each transaction so memorable.
What trends are you seeing in the Paris real estate market at the start of 2026?
There is growing interest in well-renovated apartments with optimized space, especially in central neighborhoods where prices per square foot are high. Buyers are also looking for properties with good energy performance and modern comforts, even in older buildings. In addition, some lesser-known neighborhoods are now attracting a variety of buyers looking for more spacious properties without sacrificing accessibility and Parisian charm.
What do you wish for your customers in 2026?
Above all, I hope they find a place where they feel at home, whether it's their first purchase or an investment for the future. Paris can be intimidating, but with the right advice and attentive guidance, any project becomes achievable. I hope they realize their real estate dreams while enjoying Parisian life to the fullest, between lively neighborhoods and peaceful havens.
